As part of this prestigious honor, The Gardens at Town Square received Reputation’s first-ever 900 Award, introduced this year to recognize customer-centric companies that represent the best of the best. Less than 1% of Reputation-powered businesses earned a spot in the exclusive 900 Club. Also, The Gardens at Town Square was the only 900 Award healthcare winner in Washington.

Additionally, for the second year in a row, Reputation recognized our remaining 2025 winners with the distinguished 800 Award for going above and beyond for our residents.

The 800 and 900 recognition is based on verified resident and family satisfaction shared across a variety of online review sites. The awards honor businesses that collect and listen to customers’ feedback—and then use what they’ve learned to create a better customer experience.

How Are the Award Winners Selected?

To determine the 800 and 900 Award winners, each business earns a Reputation score based on a key set of criteria, including:

    • Brand reach and health
    • Social engagement
    • Business Listing accuracy
    • Search impressions

Those with a score of 800 or 900 or higher earn a spot on the winners’ list. Our communities’ award-winning Reputation scores for 2025 are as follows:
