Modifiable Risk, Meaningful Change: Practical Ways to Support Brain Health & Delay Dementia

April 23 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Doctor discussing brain health with patient.

Can lifestyle really make a difference in protecting your brain health? Drawing on the 2024 update of the Lancet Commission on dementia and the 2025 U.S. POINTER clinical trial, this presentation, brought to us in partnership with the UW School of Nursing, will translate the latest science into practical actions to help prevent or delay dementia. You’ll learn about key modifiable dementia risk factors and how addressing them can help prevent or delay dementia, and choose two brain health habits to practice with a loved one, plus one health-related conversation to discuss at your next primary care visit.
