Join us for a discussion led by Dr. Basia Belza, Director of the de Tornyay Center for Healthy Aging at the UW School of Nursing, exploring the various contributors to diseases  What is causing an increase in autoimmune diseases? A variety of pollutants, infections, occupational exposures, medications, smoking, stressors, diet, exercise, sleep, and climate change are possible contributors. Come learn how you can limit the negative impacts of these factors on your body. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for your convenience.
